And we’re looking for an Executive Assistant Entry (Zoho One Admin & Process Specialist)  to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ticket Ownership
• Monitor Zoho Desk and route tickets to the correct staff
• Track ETAs on sales orders, verify invoices sent, and update clients
• Ensure disciplined follow-through so requests are routed, tracked, and closed
Process Improvement
• Map workflows and propose integrations/automation within Zoho One
• Document SOPs and set KPIs for accountability
• Independently improve ticketing systems and streamline processes
Team Enablement
• Recruit input for CSR profile
• Assist onboarding and train CSR(s) to handle day-to-day tickets
• Support team readiness and operational efficiency
General Administration
• CRM, email, and calendar management
• Basic accounting tasks
• Prepare reports and presentations as needed

Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of related experience with strong organizational and process management skills
• Experience in Zoho One administration (Zoho Desk core)
• Ability to design workflows, propose automation, and document SOPs
• Strong communication skills for client updates and internal coordination
• Comfortable with CRM, email, and calendar management
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail and accountability

Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Location: This is a remote job

Salary Package: ₱50,000 – ₱54,500
