In this senior administrative support role, you will independently provide high-quality administrative and logistical support to the EVP & President of Liquids Pipelines, enabling them to operate efficiently day to day. You will bring strong judgement, discretion, and an anticipatory approach to managing priorities, communications, and executive logistics within established frameworks and direction.

What you will do
Bring a highly proactive approach, ensuring the executive’s multiple priorities are efficiently scheduled in multiple regions with a large volume of highly diverse stakeholders.
Manage a high-volume, complex executive calendar, resolving conflicts and proactively protecting and optimizing the EVP’s time.
Monitor and triage the EVP’s inbox, identifying urgent items, drafting/routing routine responses, and maintaining organized correspondence records.
Coordinate meetings end-to-end (in-person and virtual), including logistics, rooms, links, participants, agendas, and advance materials.
Manage Board and ELT reporting materials, including document control and timely distribution.
Draft, edit, and support executive communications and presentation materials, aligning tone and style to audience and setting.
Plan executive travel and related expenses, coordinate bookings within guidelines, and prepare/submit expense reports with documentation.
Who you are
You have 7+ years of directly related experience supporting senior leaders (ideally C-suite or direct reports to the CEO).
Demonstrate a high degree of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgement when handling confidential information.
Exceptionally organized with strong calendar, email, and document management capabilities, and you reliably follow through on commitments.
You thrive in fast-paced environments—comfortable managing multiple requests, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines with a service-focused approach.
Experience in coordinating complex meetings/events and supporting executive travel and expense processes.
You are advanced in Microsoft Office and experienced in working in enterprise systems such as Workday and SharePoint.
