The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) in Chicago, IL. We are looking for someone with exceptional time management skills who is willing to take initiative and work under minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate is energetic, anticipates needs, proactively addresses conflicting priorities, and has high emotional intelligence.
Position Responsibilities:
Prioritize and manage the schedule, balancing near- and long-term priorities, while maximizing the efficient use of time based on the CHRO’s business priorities
Coordinate meetings and events related to customers, business partners, executive directors, leadership team members, and engagements that are a function of the office
Generate expense reports and assist in reconciling corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate corporate credit card payment and reimbursement
Oversee the requirements necessary for day-to-day operation of executive office (e.g., office equipment, supplies, aesthetics) and coordinate with the appropriate focal(s) as necessary
Coordinate facilities requirements and conference rooms, including video/teleconferencing and computing support
Anticipate the CHRO’s needs to ensure that facilities, equipment, technical support, and points of contact are available as needed
Collaborate with executive flight operations, executive office assistants, HR and cross-functional teammates to proactively engage and resolve issues
Coordinate and process domestic and international business travel arrangements and documentation (e.g. visa/passport, health, customs, cultural protocol) and continually monitor travel logistics
Establish a strong network and arrange destination support (e.g. hosts, field office, security) by coordinating with the appropriate local contacts
Interface at all levels with internal and external customers, community organizations, and team members with professionalism and promptness
Create and implement business resources (e.g. desk procedures, phone lists, contact lists) as reference tools for administrative support
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience providing support to a Vice President or C-suite executive
3+ years of experience coordinating and processing domestic and/or international travel arrangements
5+ years of experience developing and/or maintaining integrated schedules
5+ years of experience providing administrative support to multiple customers such as executives, managers, and staff members
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in partnering with executives to develop and manage the operating rhythm/cadence for executive leadership teams
5+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and managing high level projects for Executives or Senior Leadership
Experience managing and organizing multiple deliverables and deadlines with minimal direction

Summary pay range: $81,600 - $120,000
