DuPont is recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join its dynamic team in Mexico City.
The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the Business Director in Latin America, as well as members of the Latin America leadership team.

Main activities:
• Managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports, composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed domestic and international travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
• Research, prioritizes and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Business Director, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral or response.
• Works closely and effectively with the Business Director to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
• Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the Business Director key customers, partners, vendors and internal associates ; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with executives and their assistants.
• Handling all administrative tasks related to the schedule for the Business Director and leadership team, including catering for meetings, conference room scheduling, staff requests and processing logistics.
• Utilizing problem solving skills as well as knowledge of the Business Director preferences and business priorities to perform a range of advanced administrative activities; including managing complex and often making judgement calls to adjust changing schedules and travel arrangements, preparing and adjusting necessary materials for meetings, reconciling expenses, ensuring schedules are smooth and managing any other changing requirements.


Some Qualifications that are expected for this role:
• Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred or a minimum of a High School Diploma.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role is required, 7+ years experience is strongly preferred
• Fluent English is required
• Previous experience supporting senior management is required
• Mastery level computer skills and knowledge in: Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Outlook, CTE (Concur Travel Expense) is required
• Excellent verbal, written and listening communications skills
• Strong interpersonal skills as demonstrated by actively developing a spirit of teamwork and cooperation when working and diverse work groups across all levels of the organization and contributing to an enthusiastic, positive work climate.
• Highly organized and able to manage and respond quickly to dynamic priorities.
• High attention to detail, ability to recall details from past events, conversations and introductions.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under very demanding time constraints and set appropriate priorities
• Demonstrated ability to maintain strict and complete confidentiality and must exercise discretion
• Able to anticipate problems and take preventative action
• Willingness to accept new and different tasks and challenges and grow in new areas of responsibility
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Ability to work well and thrive in a fast-paced environment
