Risk Management is responsible for developing and deploying the risk frameworks to allow the Group to take conscious exposures to credit, market, operational, compliance and insurance risks within a Board-approved appetite. Risk Management ensures that the Group has appropriate strategies and frameworks in place to assess, manage and report on credit, market, operational, compliance and insurance risks.

Act as a key liaison focused on building strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders, managing communications, and collaborating with the EA network to maintain alignment and trust.
Oversee team operations through HR support, approval of Leadership Team IT requests, expense approvals, travel coordination, and event planning, creating a professional, well-organised environment that fosters productivity.
Enable the leader to operate effectively by managing schedules, preparing briefing materials, coordinating meetings, and driving follow-ups thereby ensuring priorities are clear and outcomes are delivered.
Actively participate in Leadership Team meetings by planning team offsites, coordinating agendas, speakers, tracking actions, and driving delivery.
Support EGM in driving team outcomes by following up on actions and ensuring timely completion.
Other qualities you may possess include:
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant at a senior level.
Strong stakeholder relationship skills.
Experience drafting/writing leadership comms.
Ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, and adapt to change.
High level of professionalism and discretion.
A proactive mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent service.
