Blackstone Multi-Asset Investing (BXMA) manages $96 billion across a diversified set of businesses. We strive to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns for our clients across market cycles. The team is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the BXMA team based in Singapore. The role requires high‑level administrative expertise, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage confidential matters in a fast‑paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high‑level administrative support to senior professionals, handling confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
Proactively manage complex calendars, meetings, and conference calls across multiple time zones.
Field and prioritize telephone calls and email communications, responding or escalating as appropriate.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, international offices, clients, and external consultants.
Coordinate complex international travel and logistics, including flights, accommodations, visas, and itineraries.
Support the planning and execution of investor roadshows, due diligence sessions, and investor events including the preparation of meeting agendas, coordination of presentation materials, management of meeting logistics, confirmations and follow‑ups.
Work closely with the global investor relations team and regional marketing coordinators on investor‑related activities.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date CRM records and investor tracking using Salesforce, Excel, and the online investor portal.
Log, manage, and coordinate marketing and investor materials, including distribution logistics.
Handle confidential documentation and correspondence in accordance with firm policies.
Perform monthly expense reconciliation for supported professionals.

Experience interacting with senior professionals, clients, and external stakeholders

Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time‑sensitive work
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Outlook. Excel and PowerPoint are advantageous.
Ability to work effectively in a small, collaborative team environment
Fluency in English is required
Working knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
Familiarity with Concur is encouraged but not required
