About the Role 

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to Senior Leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and exercises strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism. 
This role requires exceptional communication skills, operational efficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision. 

Key Responsibilities  

Executive Support
·       Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across time zones
·       Prioritize appointments and ensure optimal time management
·       Prepare agendas, presentations, briefing documents, and meeting notes
·       Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion
·       Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups
·       Communication & Coordination
·       Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
·       Draft and manage professional correspondence on behalf of the executive
·       Coordinate cross-functional meetings and leadership communications
·       Screen and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and requests 

Operations & Project Management
·       Support strategic initiatives and special projects
·       Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, itineraries)
·       Manage expense reports and budget tracking
·       Improve and maintain internal administrative processes

Event & Meeting Management
·       Organize board meetings, leadership offsites, and company events
·       Prepare meeting materials and track deliverables
·       Support vendor coordination when required

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree preferred
·       5–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership
·       Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
·       Strong written and verbal communication abilities
·       High emotional intelligence and professional maturity
·       Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
·       Ability to handle ambiguity and shifting priorities
