Your Impact

We are looking for a high-potential, early-career Executive Assistant to support our Chief Human Officer based in Boston. This is not a traditional EA role — it’s a launchpad opportunity for someone just starting out in their career who is intellectually curious, highly capable, and eager to operate at the center of a fast-moving, high-impact organization.

You will serve as a force multiplier to the Chief Human Officer, helping drive efficiency, clarity, and execution across a wide range of priorities and administrative tasks. In addition to core executive support, you will gain exposure to strategic People Operations initiatives and cross-functional projects across the company.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, embraces ownership, leverages AI and data to work smarter, and is excited to learn how a modern People function operates at scale.

What You’ll Do 

Location: Onsite in our Boston, MA office
Supports: Executive Assistant to the Chief Human Officer

Executive Operations

  • Own and manage a complex, ever-changing calendar; prioritize effectively and resolve conflicts with sound judgment
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, offsites, and key events with precision and attention to detail
  • Manage travel planning and expense reporting seamlessly

Strategic & Project Support

  • Partner closely with the Chief Human Officer on special projects across People Ops and the broader organization
  • Conduct research, synthesize information, and track progress across multiple initiatives
  • Help drive follow-through on key priorities, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met

Operational Excellence

  • Bring structure and clarity to a fast-paced environment by organizing workflows, tracking action items, and identifying gaps
  • Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with senior stakeholders

Data & AI Enablement

  • Leverage AI tools to draft notes, summarize information, improve organization, and streamline routine tasks
  • Support simple reporting, spreadsheet tracking, and coordination of information
  • Continuously look for ways to automate, streamline, and improve how work gets done

  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism

Base Pay Range
$76,950$123,120 USD
