About the Role: 

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our VP of Business Systems Product and Engineering (BSPE) within the GET organization. You’ll be adept at managing complex schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and facilitating communications. Your contributions will ensure that our leaders can focus on strategic priorities while you handle the essential details. 

 

Location: 

You will ideally be based in the Eastern Standard or Central Time zones. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with the ability to work from home and travel to the Autodesk office only as needed. Occasional international and domestic travel will be necessary.

Responsibilities: 

  • Strategic Calendar Management: Efficiently manage complex calendars, prioritizing meetings and events to align with strategic goals. 

  • Travel Coordination: Arrange both international and domestic travel, ensuring seamless itineraries and preparing expense reports. 

  • Presentation Creation: Develop compelling presentations using MS PowerPoint to support executive communications. 

  • Budget Management: Assist in managing the departmental budget by tracking purchases and generating detailed expense reports. 

  • Information Management: Maintain email distribution lists, shared directories, and databases, to synthesize and generate insightful reports. 

  • Meeting Coordination: Plan and execute virtual and in-person meetings, including quarterly team events, with meticulous attention to detail. 

  • Staff Meeting Support: Provide comprehensive support for staff meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, space reservation, and distribution of minutes and presentations. 

  • Policy Communication: Manage information flow within the organization, effectively communicating new corporate policies and programs, and sharing best practices. 

  • Team Culture Building: Facilitate team building activities, including All Hands meetings, social events, and onboarding processes. 

  • Onsite Support: Collaborate with administrative assistants and Facilities for space management, event planning, and catering. 

  • Executive Support: Provide backup support to other Executives in GET during absences of fellow Executive Assistants. 

 

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Experience: 5+ years in an administrative role within a large-scale global environment. 

  • Education: Associate degree in Business or Secretarial Science, or equivalent work experience. 

  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in productivity applications such as Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Airtable, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Zoom.

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $72,000 and $129,470. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
