About the Opportunity
In this pivotal role, you will:
Provide seamless executive support including diary, inbox and travel management
Coordinate team operations, meetings, on-boarding, reporting and Workday updates
Produce high-quality marketing collateral, presentations, and submissions
Support end-to-end sales campaigns (photography, advertising, EDMs, IMs, reporting)
Manage client communication, event coordination and vendor liaison
Maintain databases, track performance metrics and prepare regular reports
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

About You
To succeed, you'll bring:
Experience supporting senior leaders or in marketing coordination, property, or real estate (highly regarded)
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
Strong communication and stakeholder management capability
High attention to detail and the ability to produce polished presentations and documents
Advanced Microsoft Office suite proficiency
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and natural ability to build relationships
