The Crown Is Yours

As an Executive Assistant and Operations Partner, you’ll support the SVP of Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility by keeping complex schedules, priorities, and communications moving seamlessly. You’ll act as a trusted partner to your manager, anticipating needs, coordinating across teams, and managing projects and logistics for internal events. This role sits at the center of a fast-paced, results-driven environment where priorities shift quickly and precision matters. Your ability to balance competing demands while exercising sound judgment helps executives stay focused on what matters most.

What you’ll do as an Executive Assistant and Operations Partner

  • Own and manage calendars and, when needed, their direct reports, including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense management.

  • Partner closely with your manager to lead project management for large company events working cross functionally to ensure seamless integration and execution.

  • Respond to a wide range of requests for information and executive action, ensuring timely and thoughtful follow-through.

  • Manage budget and create PO’s ensuring timely payment of vendors and alignment on total expenses.

  • Assess incoming needs and challenges, determine the right approach, and prioritize tasks to support business outcomes.

  • Provide occasional backup administrative support for the executive’s direct reports to ensure continuity across the team.

  • Build strong relationships across the organization while handling confidential information with diplomacy and discretion.

 

What you’ll bring   

  • At least five years of experience supporting leaders in a busy, high-growth, and fast-paced environment.

  • A bachelor’s degree in communications, Business Administration or related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of video conferencing tools such as Zoom and expense management tools like Coupa.

  • Project management experience with ability to work cross functionally and lead large group logistics meetings.

  • Budget management experience with ability to track expenses and oversee all inputs to a master tracker.

  • Strong administrative skills, including scheduling, email management, calendar coordination, and document preparation.

  • Experience working with all levels of management and consulting with key business partners, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 81,600.00 USD - 102,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
