This position is responsible for executing day-to-day compensation administration tasks for agency channels. The role ensures accurate processing of compensation transactions, compliance with internal and regulatory requirements, and supports tax-related processes. It also assists in generating reports and maintaining documentation for audit and governance purposes.
  • Process compensation transactions accurately and within agreed timelines.
  • Prepare payment authorization forms (PAF) for payouts and perform journal vouchers (JV) data entries.
  • Validate compensation data and ensure compliance with approved guidelines.
  • Assist in tax-related processes, including calculation, deduction, and statutory compliance for agency payouts.
  • Support BSC report generation and ensure data accuracy for performance tracking.
  • Maintain organized records (hardcopy and softcopy) for compensation-related activities.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, and IT for issue resolution and process improvements.
  • Take part in DRP and BCP testing activities, including preparing test scenarios when needed.

Support ad-hoc duties, projects, and activities as assigned by line manager.
