In this role, you will serve as an operational enabler to our CEO, acting as their central connection point and ensuring the seamless flow of information and logistics. You'll make a tangible impact by anticipating needs, solving complex problems, and managing critical communications, allowing the CEO to focus on high-level strategy. Key Responsibilities
Master the CEO's calendar: Proactively manage and optimize a demanding schedule of internal meetings, external appointments, and strategic planning sessions.
Serve as a communication hub: Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, screening and prioritizing all incoming communications and drafting professional correspondence.
Navigate complex travel: Take full ownership of domestic and international travel logistics, from flights and hotels to ground transportation and detailed itineraries.
Drive team collaboration: Partner with the Chief of Staff and other executive assistants to coordinate crucial arrangements and help foster a positive, collaborative culture.
Essential Skills & Experience
You're a proactive problem solver who can "see around corners" to anticipate needs and have information ready before it's requested.
You possess a "global navigator" mindset with a proven ability to manage intricate logistical challenges, particularly for complex travel arrangements.
You are a master communicator with expert-level writing skills and the ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
You're adaptable and available, understanding this is not a traditional 9-to-5 role and are willing to be available during non-standard hours to support a demanding schedule.
You have high proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
