Responsibilities:
Assist with the management of CEO’s daily schedule
Provide periodic support to the Business Security Officer and Head of Retail
Coordinate meetings/events, assist with generation of various reports, presentation preparation, expense reporting, and completion of assigned projects
Conserve executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications
Prepare agendas, notices, minutes and resolutions for meetings
Process accounts payable, including reconciliation of the Bank’s corporate credit card
Maintain office supplies and order replacements; manage office equipment and maintenance
Provide back-up support to other administrative support staff as needed
Qualifications:
Advanced computer skills with MS Office Suite
3+ years secretarial, administrative assistant, office services experience supporting various management levels required
High school degree or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Excellent interpersonal, communication (both written and oral), and telephone etiquette skills
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet designated deadlines
Attention to detail and strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
Customer focus in dealing with all levels of employees and visitors
Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
Compensation:
The estimated hourly rate for this role is $26.44 - $37.00, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
