The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Regional Vice President & General Manager and Hotel Manager. In this pivotal role, you will manage a variety of administrative tasks that ensure smooth daily operations at the executive level. You will also coordinate closely with the regional team, acting as a key liaison to maintain alignment and efficiency across the organization. Beyond supporting leadership, you will play an integral part in coordinating our Elite Program, delivering personalized experiences for our most valued guests. Additionally, you will provide occasional assistance to Reservations and Guest Services, helping maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service excellence.
This position requires a self-starter who can work independently and confidently make decisions in the absence of leadership. It’s an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in creating seamless experiences for both leaders and guests.
