Key Responsibilities
Prepare & submit the application and supporting document to DFT, Chamber of Commerce and etc within 1 working day from document readiness.
To process for the C/O DFT Form, C/O Chamber submission to the DFT, Chamber of Commerce until approval.
Coordinate with other staff to ensure that the C/O Form, C/O Chamber will be applied within time frame required from customer.
Follow local Laws and regulations related to the C/O DFT Form, C/O Chamber activities.
Prepare customized presentations to identified knowledge needs by customers
Attend the Training & Seminar with relating to C/O Form and FTA scheme and stay informed about new regulations.
Monitor latest regulation updates and ensure adherence to compliance standards, legal requirements and import/ export control legislation.
Analyze, resolve customer issues, handle and appropriately solve incidents such as escalations/ disputes raised by internal or external customers
Self-checked on accuracy of internal and external document.
Document the knowledge (SOPs and presentations)
We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Minimum 1 years’ experience in customs brokerage service with Customs Broker Service Provider. Experience in C/O Form and FTA scheme is an advantage.
Good command of writing & speaking English
Well understanding in Export process.
Service mind, detailed oriented, good communication skills, working with minimum supervision and under pressure, hardworking and self-motivated.
