Join a team that plays a critical role in keeping earthwork and material operations running efficiently on large-scale construction sites. As an Excavator Operator (Crusher Feed), you’ll be responsible for safely and consistently feeding material into rock crushers to support production goals. This is a high-impact, high-production role where your skill in controlling material flow, working alongside crushing crews, and maintaining safe operations directly contributes to the success of the project. If you take pride in precision, efficiency, and working as part of a tight-knit field team, this role is for you.

YOUR ROLE IN ACTION

EXCAVATOR (Crusher Feed)

  • Operates hydraulic excavator to feed material into rock crusher safely and efficiently
  • Maintains consistent material flow to support crusher production targets
  • Sorts, moves, and positions rock/material for optimal crusher operation
  • Monitors material quality and removes oversized or unsuitable material when needed
  • Coordinates closely with crusher operator and ground crews to maintain safe operations
  • Performs equipment inspections and basic maintenance as needed
  • Works in high-production environments with a focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork

TOOLS FOR THE JOB

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background, drug, and alcohol screen
  • Proven experience operating heavy equipment (motor graders, dozers & excavators) on construction or utility-scale sites.
  • Perform equipment operation safely and efficiently on uneven or challenging terrain.
  • Ability to read and follow grade stakes, hand signals, and project plans.
  • Willingness to travel and relocate to the job site (100% travel)
  • Composite or steel toe work boots

Pay Range: $30.00- $35.00 per hour; per diem based on eligibility

Individual compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity and by specific location in alignment with applicable pay laws and regulations. Compensation is just one factor of our overall benefits package.
