Our team specializes in developing next-generation Electronic Warfare (EW) and related RF sensor system technologies by combining a fundamental understanding of the underlying EM physics including complex electromagnetic interactions and signatures, and propagation phenomenology, with a deep expertise in analysis, statistical signal processing, optimization, and machine learning.
We are seeking a graduate student for a summer internship position with our electronic warfare (EW) team in our Arlington, VA office. The successful candidate will be self-motivated with an ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team solving complex technical challenges. You will work closely with highly skilled professionals in areas of signal processing algorithms, modeling and simulation, and firmware development.

What you will do:
Develop next-generation EW capabilities
Analyze statistical signal processing, optimization, and machine learning
Work with extraordinarily skilled team members, from project leadership to fellow interns.

Qualifications you must have:
• U.S. citizenship is required as this position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance when sponsored by the company.
• Currently completing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related field
• Some programming experience in C/C++, MATLAB, or Python
Qualifications we prefer:
• Embedded programming
• Signal processing, statistical signal processing
• RF systems and RF mobile communications, distributed systems
• Familiarity with collaborative software development tools such as Git and issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira), and software development workflows
