Job Purpose
As Dexcom enters a new chapter of leadership and growth, the EVP Operations and Quality will drive operational excellence across a global footprint. This leader will oversee manufacturing, supply chain, procurement and quality functions. The role demands a strategic yet execution-focused operator who thrives in regulated, innovation-led environments.
They will be responsible for translating strategy into action, solving complex cross-functional challenges, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key Accountabilities
Lead Dexcom’s global operations strategy, spanning manufacturing, supply chain, procurement and quality across multiple geographies.
Scale high-volume manufacturing to support 25–30% annual growth, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance across hundreds of millions of units produced globally.
Oversee capacity expansion, including the launch of new facilities, and optimize utilization of contract manufacturers and in-house operations.
Ensure best-in-class quality systems, rebuilding and strengthening the quality function while maintaining compliance in a highly regulated environment.
Collaborate cross-functionally across Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and Technology to align priorities, resolve trade-offs, and improve operating models and team integration.
Lead transformational projects across supply chain and manufacturing, balancing innovation with execution to support Dexcom’s next-generation platform rollout.
Strategically manage global procurement and inventory planning, optimizing cost, continuity of supply, and working capital across the full product lifecycle.
Coach and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, low-ego environment.
Engage at both strategic and tactical levels, with the ability to zoom out for enterprise-wide planning and zoom in to troubleshoot critical issues and guide execution.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 20+ years of industry experience
