We are currently hiring Evo Fleet Support Technicians (Day Shift / Combination of Weekdays & Weekends) to join our Evo Car Share team across the Lower Mainland.

At Evo, we’re rethinking how people move through the city. Our car share service gives members the flexibility to get from here to there, with a fleet of hybrid vehicles designed to make getting around simple, affordable, and more sustainable.

As an Evo Fleet Support Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our fleet ready for members every day. You’ll be responsible for relocating vehicles to high-demand areas, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and ensuring each car meets Evo’s quality and safety standards. This is a hands-on, active role that keeps you on the move and directly contributes to the member experience.

This position is Full-Time and will be scheduled for day coverage, and a combination of weekday/weekend shifts.

What you’ll do:

  • Relocate Evo vehicles to high-demand areas to support fleet utilization.

  • Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors to maintain member-ready standards.

  • Inspect vehicles for fuel levels, cleanliness, and general condition.

  • Identify, photograph, and document any vehicle damage.

  • Ensure vehicles are safe, clean, and ready for member use.

  • Support day-to-day fleet operations and respond to operational needs as they arise.

  • Follow established safety and operational procedures.

  • Perform additional tasks and support team initiatives as required.

What you bring:

  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

  • A strong work ethic and willingness to take on physically active work.

  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.

  • Comfortable driving and maneuvering vehicles across urban environments.

Note: This is contract employment with Kelly Services (Canada) Ltd. (“Kelly Services”), our preferred staffing services provider, working a 37.5-hour work week (please note that we do have part-time positions available as well). Successful applicants will enter into an employment agreement with Kelly Services and be assigned to provide Evo fleet maintenance services as a valued member of the Evo Car Share team.
