This is where you come in!
As our UK Payments Account Manager, you will focus on our Timely Payments products. You will work with Timely’s existing customers in the UK to bring them onto our payments solutions to ensure they’re getting the most out of their investment in Timely. Your ultimate responsibility is to help Timely achieve Payments goals by building lasting connections and relationships with those customers.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
What you'll do.
You’ll build the sales funnel and generate opportunities via quick response, calling, emailing and researching prospects and accounts. We don’t believe in fitting square pegs in round holes, so you’ll qualify all sales leads to understand their requirements and ensure Timely Pay and Terminals meet their needs.
You understand what sets Timely apart from our competitors and can present this to prospective customers, answering their questions and showing them how Timely can empower them to run their business.
What you'll bring:
You have proven work experience as a Sales Account Executive or similar role. Experience in a payments related role would be an advantage, but not necessary.
You're an incredible communicator, both written and spoken, and you are happiest when on the phone with your customers.
You understand people and business: ideally you know the hair and beauty industry and naturally empathise with the challenges the industry faces.
You’re a doer: there’s a lot to do, and you get stuck in relentlessly.
You're target-oriented, and have a healthy balance of competitiveness with and support for your teammates.
You live a connected digital life: technology is your thing, and you're comfortable using any web app that gets thrown at you.
You're genuine and transparent in your interactions with people, are a good listener and actively seek out solutions.
You have a solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
