About the role

Timely and SalonBiz serve over 24,000 customers in 100 countries and are on a mission to build the leading platform for beauty professionals. Together we make up EverWell, an EverCommerce vertical. We offer SaaS solutions to a variety of customer sizes and types within the beauty industry, and we’ve got big goals and are ready to achieve them.

You will own and optimise our multi-channel automation strategy, using best-in-class tools to drive lead generation, nurturing, conversion, and customer engagement.

You will strengthen our ability to convert leads into active customers and deliver meaningful outcomes for existing users through targeted automation and personalisation; set clear performance objectives, monitor results, and report on the effectiveness of our automation programs; and identify, test, and implement optimisation opportunities that improve overall marketing efficiency and impact.

What you’ll bring.

  • Deep marketing automation expertise, with hands-on experience in Marketo and Pendo to design and optimise multi-channel customer journeys.

  • A data-driven approach, using analytics to uncover insights, optimise performance, and inform clear recommendations (PowerBI a bonus).

  • Strategic thinking paired with strong execution skills to deliver automation initiatives that elevate lead nurturing and customer outcomes.

  • A collaborative mindset, partnering seamlessly with Marketing, Sales, Success, Ops, and Data to provide clarity, frameworks, and operational support.

  • Strong customer-journey intuition, leveraging behavioural triggers and lifecycle insights to drive personalisation at scale.

  • Technical confidence in platform ownership, integrations (e.g., Salesforce), data integrity, and troubleshooting.

  • Leadership capability to coach a Marketing Automation Specialist and ensure high-quality, on-brand automation assets.

  • Process excellence, with disciplined documentation to keep workflows scalable and repeatable.

  • Adaptability and curiosity, thriving in environments that encourage experimentation, iteration, and continuous improvement.
