Timely and SalonBiz serve over 28,000 customers in 100 countries and are on a mission to build the leading platform for beauty professionals. Together we make up EverWell, an EverCommerce vertical. We offer SaaS solutions to a variety of customer sizes and types within the beauty industry, and we’ve got big goals and are ready to achieve them.

The Account Executive role is a high impact role that drives new business growth and lifts commercial performance. You will own the full sales cycle end to end, convert high value opportunities, and consistently exceed revenue and payments attach targets. This role is suited to a high performing Account Executive who thrives in fast paced SaaS environments, takes ownership, and sets the tone for what “great” looks like across behaviour, collaboration, customer experience, and results.
What you'll do.
Own, drive and close the full sales cycle end to end.
Convert inbound demand into revenue through fast, consultative selling.
Create pipeline relentlessly via outbound, events, referrals and proactive outreach.
Uncover customer pain and position subscriptions + payments as a must-have solution.
Run sharp, high-impact demos that win confidence and move deals to close.
Qualify hard and early - ICP fit, decision-makers engaged, clear next steps.
Keep pipeline tight with disciplined CRM and forecast accuracy.
Smash monthly, quarterly and annual new MRR and payments targets.
Increase deal size and conversion by winning higher-ARPA accounts.
Lead with payments, delivering a standout attach rate.
Land, expand and grow revenue across UK priority segments.
What you’ll bring.
Proven success as an Account Executive (or similar), consistently hitting targets in a B2B SaaS environment.
Experience selling software and payments solutions, with a strong grasp of value-based selling.
Track record selling to SMB and micro-SMB customers.
Sharp commercial instincts with the ability to spot, shape and close growth opportunities.
Confident, compelling communicator.
High ownership mindset with relentless drive and accountability.
Fast learner who adapts quickly and thrives in new or ambiguous situations.
Empathetic listener who uncovers real customer needs and builds trust.
Team-first, collaborative operator who shows up for others and celebrates shared wins.
