As an IT Project Management Senior Advisor, you will partner across Optimal Data Engineering & Services (ODES) and enterprise stakeholders to turn complex priorities into clear, actionable outcomes. You will influence direction, guide decision‑making, and help teams deliver meaningful results that strengthen performance today and enable success tomorrow.
Key Responsibilities
Drive execution of enterprise and ODES strategies by translating vision into clear plans, milestones, and outcomes that keep initiatives on track.
Lead continuous improvement efforts by assessing current processes, identifying opportunities, and implementing scalable, compliant solutions.
Partner with business, technology, and finance leaders to surface risks, recommend options, and support informed decision‑making.
Navigate ambiguity and influence without authority in a highly matrixed environment to align stakeholders around shared goals.
Develop capacity and resource models that inform staffing decisions, optimize utilization, and support future‑state planning.
Track project performance, savings, and return on investment, sharing insights that strengthen accountability and outcomes.
Remove obstacles to delivery by proactively addressing issues, escalating when needed, and maintaining focus on quality and timelines.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture that values curiosity, innovation, and constructive dialogue.
Qualifications
Required
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, sales/account management, operations management, or a closely related discipline.
Proven experience leading complex initiatives in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments with competing priorities.
Strong ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior leaders and cross‑functional partners.
Demonstrated problem‑solving skills with a track record of removing roadblocks and delivering results.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
Experience within healthcare, insurance, or other highly regulated industries.
Background in organizational design or organizational development.
Experience using AI‑enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
