About the Role:
RX Global is hiring an Event Operations Lead to oversee event organization, sales, marketing, program development, production, and on-site operations. The role ensures events meet financial targets and involves supervising a business support team while handling complex tasks. The position requires analysis and problem-solving within established practices.
Responsibilities:
Organizes events, including exhibitor/visitor sales, marketing, program development, and on-site operations.
Ensures the event meets revenue, expense, and profit goals within event production and operations.
Supervises a business support team while also performing hands-on tasks.
Accountable for team outcomes, works within set practices, handles complex assignments, and analyses problems to find solutions.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of sales team management experience
Strong leadership in sales
Background in events or expos
Advanced English communication skills
Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce) and Power BI
Skilled at coaching and training teams.
