About the Job

We are looking for a results-driven Events Market Manager to lead high-performance field sales teams across the Texas market. In this role, you’ll drive sales growth through retail and community event activations, maximizing customer engagement and conversion.

This is both a leadership and production role. You’ll coach and develop your team to hit targets, build energy and momentum at events, and step in on the floor when needed to close sales and model excellence. Your leadership will directly influence revenue, team performance, and market expansion.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and inspire a team of Event Representatives to consistently hit and exceed sales targets

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (must be able to read, write & speak Spanish)

  • Manage execution of daily event and retail sales activities across multiple locations

  • Build excitement around products and services to increase customer acquisition and conversion

  • Train and mentor team members on closing skills, objection handling, and effective sales strategies

  • Partner with regional leadership to optimize scheduling, market coverage, and performance goals

  • Maintain strong relationships with retail partners and event hosts to secure ongoing sales opportunities

  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and operational procedures

  • Analyze, track, and report KPIs to drive performance improvement and identify opportunities

  • Contribute directly to sales results through active selling and leadership by example

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, field sales, events, or retail management

  • Proven success leading teams to outperform goals

  • Confident communicator with polished presentation and customer-facing skills

  • Competitive, outgoing, and passionate about sales and customer experience

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally across event and retail locations

  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)

Job Description:

  • Supervise team members
  • Professionally resolve customer complaints; escalate as appropriate
  • Accurately submit work schedules to Manager for approval
  • Assist team members with closing sales
  • Ensure compliance with Company policy and procedures
  • Accurately track inventory receipt and count as appropriate
  • Review time sheets for accuracy
  • Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
  • Courteously welcome customers, offer assistance, assess needs and suggests products
  • Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail Operations
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Performance Measurements:

  • Achieve posted store activation goal
  • Meet established monthly/weekly personal sales quota/goals
  • Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred
  • Demonstrated long-term excellent sales performance
  • Proven record of successful management/leadership
  • Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Ability to work flexible weekends including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Able to work autonomously with excellent time management skills
