About the Role
The Events Intern (Event specific roles) will support the Inspire Brands Communications and Events teams.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, project management, and participate in high-level meetings with key brand stakeholders as the team prepares for franchisee-facing events.
Accurate data management and collection, creative brainstorming, on the spot problem solving will all be skills enhanced during internship.
Database Management: Support the events team by analyzing and compiling data related to event registrations, vendors/ sponsors, survey data and more
Microsite Management: Manage and update the 2025 events microsite by ensuring the site constantly include the latest planning updates, relevant files and planning meetings for internal team members to access
Communication/Presentation: Liaise with internal teams and third-party event partners to create, update, and manage master logistics PPT decks for multiple programs and develop presentations for stakeholder meetings
Collaborate with the events team to develop mood boards/idea decks for new activations to include in upcoming brand events to enhance the attendee experience
Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks to assist the event team in preparation for upcoming events including but not limited to data entry, calendar management and inventory management
Lead the planning and execution of the End of Summer Intern Event, an event designed to celebrate and showcase the achievements of Inspire Brands’ 2025 Summer Internship cohort.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between PR and event strategies.
Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, organizing materials, and maintaining communication plans.
Education Qualifications
Preferred: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
Ideal Candidate
Strong writing, analytical, editing, and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and event design.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint; experience with PR tools and any event planning software is a plus.
Enthusiastic about learning, problem-solving, and working in a collaborative
environment.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
