The Role

We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized Events & Growth Marketing Manager to drive revenue from events, an important channel in our demand generation and growth strategy. This role is a blend of high-stakes logistics and creative brand building. As the primary lead for our events strategy, you will manage everything from high-level planning to on-site logistics. You will be the engine behind our major industry appearances and the voice that keeps our customers and prospects engaged between events.

What You'll Do:

  • Event Strategy & Execution
    • Trade Shows & External Events: Lead the end-to-end execution of 4–5 major annual multifamily trade shows, including booth design, vendor management, and revenue generation strategy. 
    • Logistics & Operations: Manage all shipping, travel arrangements, and equipment sourcing for events.
    • Owned Events & Webinars: Work with the demand gen team to own webinar setup and deploy pre- and post-event outreach, driving sign-ups and revenue from owned events. 
    • Customer Engagement: Organize and host specialized customer sponsorship events to drive product education and loyalty.
    • Travel: This role requires periodic travel (approximately 15–25%) to ensure seamless execution on the ground for large activations. 
  • Growth & Brand Engagement
    • Social Content: Develop and execute a social media calendar that captures the energy of our live events and highlights updates from our product marketing, demand gen, and customer marketing leads
    • Community Management: Actively engage with our audience across digital platforms to foster a sense of community and brand advocacy.
    • Branding Initiatives: Support broader marketing goals through creative brand-building activities that align with our growth targets.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on events, trade shows, and webinars
  • Proven experience in event planning and execution, and using events as a growth lever/revenue engine
  • Proven experience in social media management and strategy, particularly on LinkedIn
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for engagement and growth
  • Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in multifamily, real estate, or property management is a plus
