The Event & Program Coordinator for Professional Education plays a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and administration of professional education programs, events and proctoring related to Transcatheter Heart Valves (THV) in the EEMEA region. This position ensures smooth execution of educational activities and provides essential administrative support. Maintains and drives high levels of accuracy and regulatory compliance through collaboration with clinical teams, execution of compliance assessments, and navigation of non-compliance issue remediation.

 

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Coordinates planning, logistics and administration for internal (EW personnel) and external (HCPs, distributors) training events—live and on-demand.
  • Supports the execution of training programs, including scheduling, venue arrangements, participant communications, and resource management.
  • Assists in managing the regional proctoring program and integrating related activities into the physician training pathway, in line with the annual Professional Education plan.
  • Maintains records and documentation for mandatory certifications, training attendance, and compliance.
  • Collaborates on the development and distribution of training materials and tools.
  • Tracks and reports on training activities, participant feedback, and program outcomes.
  • Provides administrative support for new product launches, including training pathway preparation and event coordination.
  • Cooperates on Training Center Programs and Centers of Excellence management.
  • Liaises with internal teams and external partners to ensures effective communication and coordination.
  • Ensures adherence to company policies.
  • Other incidental duties.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination, administration, or program support—preferably in a Med Tech or healthcare environment.
  • Experience supporting in-person and digital educational activities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player, open to working with diverse groups and cultures.
  • Proactive, flexible, and willing to travel as needed (up to 30%).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management tools.
