What You'll Be Doing
Lead and coordinate daily operations of the sand and gravel plant during evening shift
Monitor equipment and production processes to ensure efficiency and safety
Train, guide, and support plant personnel to meet performance goals
Perform routine inspections and assist with maintenance planning
Promote and enforce safety, environmental, and company policies

Demonstrated leadership skills in an industrial or manufacturing setting
Strong understanding of aggregate plant operations and equipment
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues effectively
Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
Physical Demands of the Job
Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift materials up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift
Manual dexterity to operate tools and equipment safely and effectively
Visual and auditory ability to identify hazards and communicate clearly in a noisy environment
Capability to work at heights and in confined spaces as needed
Endurance to perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions
