Join us as an Evaluation Manager with the Arkansas Center for Women and Infants’ Health at UAMS. In this role, you will operationalize research and evaluation requirements of maternal health programs, focusing on outcome evaluation design and implementation, data collection and management, statistical analysis, and reporting. You will also conduct process evaluation, manage report submissions, and assist in disseminating findings to drive impact.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree PLUS five (5) years of evaluation experience or management, or Master’s process evaluation, manage report submissions, and assist in the dissemination of findings.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Greater Little Rock, AR, or the Greater Northwest, AR, regions, as this position will be located at the UAMS Campus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree Major in Public Health, Education, Health Services Administration, Statistics, Health Policy and Management, or other related field with evaluation components, PLUS three (3) years of experience working in research administration or management.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Proficient with qualitative and quantitative analysis software
- Strong skills in outcome evaluation design and implementation
- Experience in data collection, management, and statistical analysis
- Ability to conduct process evaluation and manage report submissions
- Excellent written and verbal communication for disseminating findings
- Collaborative teamwork in fast-paced, dynamic settings
Additional Information:
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with numerous executive leaders, faculty, and staff to plan and implement appropriate and strategic evaluation components for outreach, didactic, and experiential events, including documenting baseline measures, conducting pre-/post-tests as appropriate, guiding ongoing evaluation, assessment, and continuous quality improvement of program components as indicated.
- Work with project staff and stakeholders to ensure that resources, activities, and participants lead to measurable and reportable project outcomes.
- Evidence-based research and best practices will form the basis of all interventions, and each component will have a standardized protocol for implementation and evaluation.
- Anticipate, develop, and submit comprehensive reports to various stakeholders.
- Assist in dissemination of findings through presentations and publications.
- Participate in grantor program officer meetings and other funder meetings/webinars.
- May perform other duties as assigned to support the Center’s Mission.
