Weybridge Full time

European Graduate Programme, Product & Consumer Marketing, UK
Start date: October 2026

Location: Weybridge, UK

At Sony Europe, our Marketing Teams are not just about creative campaigns & brand execution. Instead, our Product & Consumer Marketing team focuses on understanding customer behaviour, analysing performance and market data, and shaping product and commercial decisions through insight.

We’re looking for innovative, enthusiastic, creative & analytically minded, data-first thinkers & problem solvers to join our European Graduate cohort for October 2026!

Please note this position is initially a 30-month fixed term contract, with the aim for our cohort members to attain permanent positions by the end of the programme.

Before you apply, we encourage you to reflect upon the questions below to consider whether this style of marketing reflects your strengths and interests!

• Are you an aspiring Marketer who thrives when working with data, problem-solving, and partnering with cross-functional teams?
• Do you see Marketing as a strategic function, data-driven & product focused?
• Are you engaged by delivering insights, performance measurement & turning market data into product positioning & recommendations?
• Are you energised by understanding why customers behave the way they do… and acting upon that information?

The Sony Europe European Graduate Programme.

Starting in October 2026, our prestigious European Graduate Program is an intentionally immersive & development focused experience from day one. Your personal and professional development will be enhanced by two exclusive learning programs.

1. Making of a Champion commences during your first 7 months by bringing you together with graduates from other European countries to participate in specially designed sessions that focus on exploring your potential, effective goal setting, building confidence and developing a winning mindset.

2. FLEX launches at the beginning of year 2 and aims to provide and develop Skills-for-Change! The corporate world is moving quicker than ever before, and this dedicated programme will equip you with tools to understand, navigate, adapt and thrive in an ever-changing environment.

Both programs focus on core leadership skills and mentalities that we believe will enable you to reach your potential sooner, contribute impactful work, achieve personal goals, and develop successful habits that will hopefully make you one of our future leaders.

The European Graduate Program consists of two 15-month assignments:

• Your first 15-month assignment will be in the Sony UK & Ireland Product Marketing team(s). Depending on your natural talents, behaviours & passions, you’ll be assigned a role in one of our Home Entertainment, Personal Entertainment or Retail Partner category teams.
• Once you’ve made your mark here, the next step is to join one of the Pan-European teams for a second 15-month assignment. In this role, you will have a chance to gain a broader and more strategic view of Sony Europe, our products and various European markets. For example, you will support strategic product launches and business and marketing planning across the whole of Europe, rather than just one country.

All the knowledge and experience you attain will be shared & demonstrated during annual Reflection Showcase Presentations with our Senior Leadership.

At the end of your second assignment, and ultimately, your programme in April 2029, we expect that you will be ready to thrive & take on a new responsibility in either a Local Country team or a Pan European team to further develop your career in Sony Europe in a permanent role.
