About the Program
Our 18-month rotational program is designed to give you a 360° view of our commercial operations across France, Italy, Sweden, and Denmark. You will complete three 6-month rotations:
Central Sales Unit – Strategic sales operations
Sales Company – Local market execution
Product & Portfolio Management – Shaping our future offerings
You’ll also lead a high-impact project focused on Cleantech, presented to Alfa Laval’s leadership team at the end of the program.

A Master’s degree in Engineering and Business (or equivalent)
Maximum 1.5 years of full-time relevant work experience before the program starts
