Job Description
An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Regional Ruminant Business Lead. This position will be responsible for ensuring alignment between the Global Ruminant Business Unit and the Regional Commercial organizations for all initiatives relating to the execution of the Business Unit strategy, acting as the voice of the Global Ruminant Business Unit with Regional Leadership and the voice of the Region within the Global team.
This role can be based in any country where our company has a presence, preferably the United Kingdom, Portugal, Spain, or Belgium.
This role will have a strong emphasis on project execution, with an initial focus on implementing the business initiatives detailed in the Species Strategy. The Regional Ruminant Business Lead will plan, lead, and support the execution of initiatives that enable enterprise success, working closely with senior leaders across multiple functions and within the region to refine project plans, adapt to changes in execution, identify and communicate risks and issues, and ensure delivery of agreed roadmap priorities.
