Your Role:
As the EUC Manager, you will oversee a talented team responsible for the design, implementation, and support of our modern workplace tools and EUC systems. Your focus will be on delivering a seamless, secure, and innovative digital experience for our staff and clinicians, ensuring technology truly enables our mission of providing exceptional healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the EUC System Engineering team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Drive the adoption and optimisation of modern workplace tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune, and related cloud-based solutions.
Develop and implement strategies for device management, application delivery, and user experience improvements.
Ensure security, compliance, and reliability across all end user platforms.
Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and IT leadership to understand user needs and deliver technology solutions that make a difference.
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance our digital workplace.
About You:
Proven experience managing EUC or system engineering teams, preferably within large or complex environments.
Strong technical expertise in modern workplace and end user technology stacks (e.g., Microsoft 365, Windows 11, device management platforms).
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem solving.
