Your Role:

As the EUC Manager, you will oversee a talented team responsible for the design, implementation, and support of our modern workplace tools and EUC systems. Your focus will be on delivering a seamless, secure, and innovative digital experience for our staff and clinicians, ensuring technology truly enables our mission of providing exceptional healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the EUC System Engineering team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

  • Drive the adoption and optimisation of modern workplace tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune, and related cloud-based solutions.

  • Develop and implement strategies for device management, application delivery, and user experience improvements.

  • Ensure security, compliance, and reliability across all end user platforms.

  • Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and IT leadership to understand user needs and deliver technology solutions that make a difference.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance our digital workplace.

About You:

  • Proven experience managing EUC or system engineering teams, preferably within large or complex environments.

  • Strong technical expertise in modern workplace and end user technology stacks (e.g., Microsoft 365, Windows 11, device management platforms).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem solving.
