Job Description & Summary

In change management and communications at PwC, you will focus on helping clients navigate organisational change and effectively communicate with stakeholders. You will work closely with clients to develop change management strategies, assess change readiness, and design communication plans to support successful change initiatives. Your work will provide guidance on employee engagement, training, and cultural transformation to drive organisational adoption and minimise resistance.
Lead organizational change management workstreams for large-scale transformation initiatives by designing and executing strategies that align with business objectives. Drive stakeholder engagement and readiness, develop clear communication plans, and oversee training programs to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies. Manage change impact assessments, mitigate risks, and monitor adoption of metrics to provide actionable insights for leadership.

Required Professional Experience
8-12 years in professional environments, ideally within consulting or enterprise organization with 3-4 years of experience in Change management with a strong track record in leading change management plan implementations
Change Management Strategy: Ability to design and implement structured change frameworks (e.g., ADKAR Standard).
Stakeholder Engagement: Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to secure buy-in across mid-to-senior levels.
Communication Excellence: Skilled in crafting clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences using multiple channels.
Project Leadership: Ability to manage workstreams, budgets, and timelines within transformation programs.
