Job Description & Summary

In product management, you will be the general manager of commercial and internal products. You will sit at the intersection of the business, user experience, and the technologies that solve our customer and end-user problems; confirming they meet market demands and drive business growth. You will design, develop and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Your involvement will last throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades, maintenance of the product or product line. For commercial products, it also includes commercialization, go-to-market planning, sales, and other key business support activities.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Requirements Gathering: Interviewing stakeholders, conducting workshops, and analyzing business needs to document functional and technical requirements.
  • Process Analysis & Improvement: Evaluating current workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Creating detailed reports, including business requirements documents (BRD), user stories, process maps.
  • Solution Evaluation: Assessing potential solutions, including vendor evaluation and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Implementation Support: Assisting with testing, quality checks, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training staff on new systems.
  • Communication: Acting as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure technical solutions meet business goals. 
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and develop practical, efficient solutions.
  • Education & Experience: Typically a Bachelor’s degree in  Computer Science, or a related field. Experience in a similar analytical role is often required.
