The Role and Impact:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Intel products and technologies, ensuring solutions are optimized and market-ready.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enable ecosystem readiness and integrate customer requirements.
- Develop and implement tools for product design, development, and validation to optimize quality and performance.
- Create technical collateral, including product specifications, hardware design guides, and application notes.
- Work closely with customers to resolve technical issues during development, testing, and production phases.
- Perform design reviews, including schematic and board layout analysis, signal integrity evaluation, and logical device control validation.
- Deliver product training and provide rapid technical support to ensure smooth product ramp and customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate complex test environments in laboratory or field settings for customer issue resolution.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, with 8+ years of relevant experience; or Master's degree with 7+ years of experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in Ethernet (IEEE 802.3) and networking domains.
- Proficiency in Ethernet architecture, interfaces, and network products.
- Experience in signal integrity, transmission line theory, power integrity, analog circuit design, and high-speed signal processing.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux Ethernet device drivers and debug methodologies will be added advantage
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python for test automation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of IEEE 802.3 standards and network product design.
- Experience with Ethernet SerDes interface design and debug.
- Understanding of Intel system-level architecture, including BMC, NCSI, I2C, IOSF, SMBUS, and SPI.
- Proven ability to manage customer requests and resolve complex technical challenges in high-pressure environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across geographies and teams.
- Strong learning capabilities including interest to learn new technologies like AI, ML and application of those
- Practical experience in the design and validation of networking products, including LOMs, adapters, mezzanines, or embedded form factors.
