What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare accurate material lists, shop drawings, and quote packages for incoming precast concrete pipe projects.
- Create AutoCAD drawings for specialized designs and dimensions.
- Coordinate third-party pricing and manage service sheets for project tracking.
- Maintain organized documentation and ensure ERP system updates.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure accuracy and support regional goals.
What Are We Looking For
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to interpret construction plans.
- Civil work experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
- Collaborative mindset with clear communication skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and municipal specifications is an asset.
Work Environment
This role is primarily office-based with regular interaction with Sales, Technical, and Operations teams. Occasional site visits or external coordination may be required.
