Job Summary
Jabil is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Engineering Intern (TE) to join our team. Job Responsibilities
* Assist engineers in the analysis, design, and implementation of manufacturing processes and equipment.
* Support the collection, analysis, and interpretation of production data to identify areas for improvement.
* Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives related to production issues.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and maintenance, to ensure efficient operations.
* Assist in creating and updating technical documentation, such as work instructions, process flows, and engineering specifications.
* Contribute to projects focused on increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving product quality.
* Learn and apply lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
* Perform other duties as assigned to support the engineering department.
Job Qualifications
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related field).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to learn new software and technical tools quickly.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Proactive attitude, eager to learn, and demonstrate initiative.
* Basic understanding of manufacturing processes is a plus.
* Fluency in Portuguese is required; basic English proficiency is advantageous.

Requisitos:
Formação: Cursando Engenharia Elétrica, Eletrônica, Controle e Automação, Produção ou áreas correlatas.
Habilidades: Pacote Office intermediário (Excel é fundamental), boa comunicação e vontade de aprender.
O que você fará no dia a dia:
Dar suporte técnico às atividades da Engenharia de Manufatura.
Gestão de dados: entrada e organização de informações nos sistemas de engenharia.
Acompanhamento de novos ferramentais, apoiando o processo de certificação e medição.
Apoio aos Analistas na gestão de métricas e projetos de Melhoria Contínua (Lean/Six Sigma).
Suporte aos líderes de produção na análise de indicadores e tomada de decisão.
Elaboração e controle de planilhas de gerenciamento da manufatura.
