Accountabilities:

  • Define processes for Master data Data management with clear owner for each data entry 

  • Master Data Management: Create, update, and maintain master data records for suppliers, products, and other relevant entities within the ESO. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness. 

  • Data Quality Assurance: Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure the integrity of master data. Identify and correct data discrepancies and errors. 

  • Data Governance: Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures to maintain high standards of data management. 

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze master data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making and supply chain operations. 

  • Work closely with internal teams, including supply chain, procurement, SRTs, and quality, to ensure data needs are met and support operational efficiency. 

  • Maintain and support master data management systems and tools. 

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in master data management and implement best practices to enhance data quality and efficiency. 

  • Maintain accurate documentation of data management processes and ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Required education / experience: 

Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
