ESG Digital Solutions Manager (f/m/d).
This position is fixed term for 18 months.
In this role, you will drive the global implementation and adoption of NKG’s digital ESG platform (osapiens) across 30 group companies, with a strong focus on EUDR compliance and traceability.
Your responsibilities
Drive Rollout: Lead system adoption, continued user onboarding, and process implementation across international entities and suppliers.
Shape Processes: Translate regulatory requirements into system specifications and standardized workflows.
Bridge Stakeholders: Serve as the interface between business users and osapiens technical support.
Validate Releases: Test and adapt new system releases to NKG requirements.
Safeguard Data: Ensure high-quality datasets (Excel, Power BI) and enable reliable reporting.
Track Compliance: Monitor adoption and progress and create clear management reporting.
Scale Platform: Support the extension of the platform to additional sustainability and compliance initiatives.
Your profile
Education: Master’s degree in Sustainability, Digital Transformation, Business Informatics, or a related field.
Background: Proven experience in change management, system and product management, and data analytics, with advanced skills in Excel and Power BI.
Skills: Strong analytical and process-oriented expertise, with the ability to structure complex topics, optimize end-to-end processes, and communicate effectively across interdisciplinary teams.
Personality: Adaptable, curious, and solution-driven, with a collaborative mindset and confidence in multicultural environments.
Internationality: Fluent in English; German, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus; strong intercultural competence.
