Position Summary

The ERP Systems Specialist is responsible for overseeing, administering, and continuously improving the Titan 3000 ERP system used within the Pipe Division manufacturing facility. This role ensures the ERP system effectively supports production, inventory control, Bills of Materials (BOMs), purchasing, and financial accuracy critical to pipe manufacturing operations.

In addition to operational system ownership, this role supports month‑end accounting close and reconciliation activities, working closely with the Accounting department to ensure accurate inventory, labor, and production cost data.

What You’ll Be Doing

Titan 3000 System Ownership & Administration

  • Serve as the primary owner and administrator of the Titan 3000 ERP system for the Pipe Division
  • Configure, maintain, and support Titan 3000 modules related to manufacturing, inventory, BOMs, purchasing, and production reporting
  • Manage system master data, including items, pipe specifications, BOMs, routings, work centers, and inventory locations
  • Maintain user roles, system security, and access controls within Titan 3000
  • Coordinate system updates, enhancements, and issue resolution with internal
  • teams and Titan 3000 support resources

Manufacturing, Inventory & BOM Support

  • Ensure accurate inventory tracking, lot control, and valuation within Titan 3000
  • Maintain BOM accuracy and revision control to support manufacturing execution, planning, and costing
  • Support work orders, production reporting, material consumption, and labor capture
  • Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to align ERP functionality with shop‑floor processes

Month‑End Accounting & Financial Reconciliation

  • Support month‑end close activities related to inventory, work‑in‑process (WIP), production output, and labor
  • Reconcile ERP data (inventory balances, production quantities, labor hours, and costs) with Accounting records
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with the Accounting/Finance department
  • Ensure system transactions are posted accurately and timely to support financial reporting
  • Provide ERP data, reports, and explanations to support audits and financial reviews

Process Improvement & ERP Implementation

  • Lead implementation of new Titan 3000 functionality, modules, or process improvements
  • Identify data integrity issues, system inefficiencies, or process gaps and recommend corrective actions
  • Standardize and document ERP processes and enforce best practices across the Pipe Division
  • Support integration points between Titan 3000 and accounting or other business systems

User Support, Training & Adoption

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Titan 3000 system support within the Pipe Division
  • Provide user training, onboarding, and refresher sessions
  • Develop and maintain ERP documentation, procedures, and work instructions
  • Promote consistent system usage and data discipline across departments

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Management, Accounting, or equivalent experience
  • 3–5+ years of ERP system administration experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory control, BOMs, and production reporting
  • Experience supporting accounting reconciliation or financial close activities
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience with Titan 3000 ERP
  • Experience in pipe, steel, or heavy manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with standard costing, inventory valuation, and WIP accounting
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or system integrations
