The Team

You’ll join a high-performing team of ERP strategists, solution architects, and industry specialists who partner closely with our Medical, Life Sciences, and Manufacturing clients to accelerate their digital transformation journeys. We operate at the intersection of business and technology, applying deep Cloud expertise and process leadership to design secure, scalable, and compliant enterprise solutions. Collaboration, innovation, and customer-centric thinking define how we work. As part of this team, you’ll influence enterprise-wide technology decisions and help shape the next generation of ERP landscapes for our clients.


The Role

As an ERP Enterprise Architect, you will lead the strategic direction and architectural design of large-scale ERP environments across the organization. You will develop a multi-year ERP technology roadmap, guide major upgrades and cloud migrations, and ensure architectural alignment with business priorities across finance, HR, and supply chain. You’ll collaborate with C-level leaders, evaluate new technologies, define ERP governance standards, and provide technical leadership to project teams. Your industry knowledge and Cloud expertise will be central to designing solutions that meet regulatory, operational, and scalability needs within Medical, Life Sciences, and Manufacturing environments.


What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 15+ years of hands-on ERP experience, including 3+ years in an Enterprise/Solution Architect role
• Expertise in at least two core SAP modules with strong understanding of ERP architecture & migration strategies
• Proven experience supporting Medical, Life Sciences, or Manufacturing industries
• Ability to translate complex business needs into enterprise-grade technical solutions
• Experience developing ERP roadmaps, reference architectures, integration standards, and governance frameworks
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-level leaders and non-technical stakeholders
• Track record of successfully delivering large ERP programs from design through implementation
• TOGAF certification is a plus
