SUMMARY OF ROLE

FGS Global seeks an Equity Plan Analyst to join our People Team, reporting to the Global Equity Plan Manager. We are seeking a detail-oriented Equity Plan Analyst to support the administration of our equity compensation programs. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of our equity records, and will work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution of equity-related initiatives.

 

CRITICAL EXPERIENCES & STRENGTHS

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Finance or Human Resources, with at least 1 year dedicated to executive compensation analysis or stock plan administration.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and executing equity programs, including grant cycles, vesting, and purchases.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functions (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis).
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to understand and execute complex equity mechanics.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work through effective collaboration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels, including board members.
  • High attention to detail, discretion, and a commitment to confidentiality.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and update the equity administration platform and capitalization tables, reflecting ownership changes and financing events accurately and confidentially.
  • Conceptualize and propose enhancements to cap table functionality.
  • Manage the end-to-end grant process, including distribution and administration of equity agreements, ensuring timely execution and precise stakeholder records.
  • Execute RSU vesting events within the equity platform, ensuring proper taxation and accurate delivery.
  • Support the dividend election process and facilitate subsequent payouts.
  • Assist with the development and delivery of shareholder-related documents.
  • Collaborate with teams in finance, accounting, legal, and tax to ensure accurate and timely execution of equity initiatives.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of professional experience in Finance or HR
  • 1+ years of professional experience performing executive compensation analysis or stock plan administration
  • Bachelor’s Degree
District of Columbia Salary Range
$95,000$110,000 USD
