Equity Administrator

The Equity Administrator will help support the day-to-day administration of our employee equity programs. This position will be responsible for various areas of the end-to-end equity process, including grant upload and processing, assistance with the ESPP program, and addressing employees’ equity-related questions. This role will be a member of the Finance team and collaborate closely with the Payroll, Legal, and People teams.

What you’ll do...

  • Help facilitate all aspects of the Company’s equity programs, including processing of new grants, vesting and distributions, as well as the review of equity transactions, terminations, and cancellations;

  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all equity data in the equity system of record;

  • Assist in the management of the Company’s employee share purchase program (ESPP);

  • Coordinate with the Payroll, Legal, and People teams regularly to ensure efficiency in equity-related processes and resolve issues as they arise;

  • Lead employee trainings and communications around equity compensation and respond to employee inquiries regarding the equity incentive plan

  • Work closely with the extended finance team to implement and maintain appropriate controls around equity compensation processes;

  • Provide support to external auditors for quarterly and annual audits;

  • Additional responsibilities for special projects as needed

About you...

  • 2+ years of experience of relevant work experience in administration of public company equity plans

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience with Fidelity Stock Plan Services preferred

  • Ability to work collaboratively with various counterparts

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong proficiency in Excel

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is: $105,000 - $125,000. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
