Job Summary: This position is located at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will be paid. Recruitment or Relocation incentive or bonus in the amount of $10,000 is authorized. Recruitment Incentive for outside applicant or Relocation for current NAF employee incentive will have a stipulation requiring the employee to reimburse the incentive if they do not have continuous employment for one year.
Major Duties:

Successful completion of a bachelor's degree from an accredited undergraduate institution in any field, plus a graduate degree in a relevant field that directly aligns with the responsibilities of this position: OR Experience at a level that provided the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed for successful performance: Working as a skilled mechanic or maintenance worker with knowledge of operation, repair, or maintenance of aircraft equipment. Demonstrated work experience with reviewing, interpreting, and applying technical specifications, standards, and requirements. Proven experience in analyzing aircraft equipment performance, identifying potential failures, and forecasting spare parts needs. Ability to accurately read, understand, and interpret equipment requisitions and work orders. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Possess a minimum of (3) years demonstrated work experience performing maintenance on variety of fixed wing "General Aviation" aircraft. Possess and maintains a current Inspection Authorization Certificate. Experience MUST be clearly reflected on your Resume at the time of application to be considered
