Role description: Responsible for managing all technical requirements related to equipment to meet customer needs, ensuring optimal selection and coordinated delivery for an exceptional customer experience.

Detailed description: The Equipment Scheduler plays a crucial role in coordinating equipment to fulfil customer requirements. This involves ensuring all activities contribute to the best possible customer experience, collaborating with various scheduling teams (labour, fuel, transport), and making critical decisions on equipment selection to minimize costs. The role also encompasses managing rehire processes and communicating technical needs for job preparation.

Responsibilities

·         Ensure all equipment-related activities prioritize an exceptional customer experience.

·         Coordinate effectively with labor, fuel, and transport schedulers to optimize customer activity.

·         Select the most appropriate equipment to fulfill customer requirements and minimize Aggreko's costs.

·         Maintain safety as a key priority for all stakeholders in daily operations.

·         Manage rehire requirements and processes, including timely return of equipment.

·         Communicate sales instructions and technical needs to technicians for job preparation.

Key performance indicators

·         Technical background in power and temperature solutions.

·         Proficiency with PC applications in a Microsoft environment and ERP systems.

·         Proven customer focus with a strong sense of urgency for creative solutions.

·         Acute attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

·         Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative style, and ability to self-direct and self-manage.

Location: Moerdijk or Antwerp and combination home-based possible
