Your Opportunity:

Taylor Corporation is looking for an Equipment Operator to join our team.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate printing press equipment in compliance with job specifications and company quality standards
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal output
• Prepare inks for proper color and consistency
• Check paper for correct type, size, color, and quantity
• Check plates for correct format
• Visually inspect forms throughout the run for quality
• Coordinate with the production team to produce and prioritize jobs and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines
• Maintain knowledge of safety requirements related to the job and equipment

Your Shift: Sunday - Thursday 3:00pm - 8:00pm

You Must Have

• Ability to set adjustable mechanisms to required tolerances
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
• High degree of mechanical aptitude
• Good reading ability

Requirements Within This Position

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information so others can understand
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
• Constant operation of machinery and handling of printed materials
• Frequent movement throughout the facility
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and carry 25+ pounds

We Would Also Prefer

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work with very close tolerances
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members
• Strong analytical skills
• Good color discernment
