Your Opportunity:
Venture Solutions Inc., a Taylor Corporation company, is seeking an Inserting Equipment Operator to join our 1st shift team in Monroe, NC. This is an entry-level position with strong growth potential in a clean, well-lit, and safe production environment.

Shift Available:
• Monday – Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Your Responsibilities:
• Operate inserting equipment according to job specifications and quality standards
• Set up machine stations, load materials, and review job instructions
• Monitor equipment during production and make basic adjustments as needed
• Perform routine daily/weekly/monthly maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently
• Conduct quality checks throughout production to ensure accuracy and required specifications
• Match materials properly (inserts, envelopes, statements, etc.) and ensure correct job setup
• Work with the Production Team to meet deadlines and adjust priorities as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and follow all safety procedures

You Must Have:
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to set basic machine adjustments
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic math skills and ability to read measurements
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable attendance and ability to meet production expectations

We Would Also Prefer:
• Experience operating production or mailing equipment
• Ability to work with close tolerances
• Strong communication skills and teamwork
• Good color discernment and analytical skills
